Tech Savvy built the QRcatch app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Tech Savvy at no cost and is intended for use as is. This policy informs you of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly. However, the app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (such as Advertising IDs).

2. Permissions Usage

Camera: Required to scan QR codes and barcodes. Scanning is performed locally on your device; no video or images are recorded or transmitted.

Storage: Used only to save generated QR codes to your gallery or to scan images selected from your device. We do not access your personal photos or files without your explicit action.

3. Log Data

In case of an error in the app, we collect data (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your IP address, device name, OS version, and app statistics.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not store any personal data on our servers. Your scan history and 'My QR' codes are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time within the app settings or by clearing the app data in your device settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Terms of Service

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, or attempt to extract the source code. All trademarks and intellectual property rights belong to Tech Savvy. Disclaimer: The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the app will always be secure or error-free.
